Queen's Birthday Leisure

What are you doing for the long weekend?

Click the comments link and post your reply.

I have a full plate this weekend. My band played with High Dependency Unit in town last night. We've always looked up to them; then band's about 15 years old (not the guys) and they make loud, supersonic rock. It was fun. Mr Hunter was there.

Our other guitarist, Thomas, who's been living in Wellington, rejoined us for the show.

Another amazing band, An Emerald City is playing tonight. Funnily, we almost played with them a while ago too. The timing's amazing.

Thomas's other old band is playing Sunday night; and Thomas is doing a solo show, as is the bassist from A Flight to Blackout. If you want to hear any of these bands, Google them or look them up on MySpace or Youtube.

And I want to get some exercise.

Let me know what you got up to.

Respect.

PS - This class is so cool. You're a fun, smart bunch whom I really enjoy working with.

Hi Sarah,

No, I didn't know about Danny. Sounds interesting but sad too. You sound very busy, glad you like the blog site. As for the band, please show me your tune, I'd love to hear it!

Hi

We went out to Lyttylton to see our aunty and to show my little brother Alex the cranes then we went out for a hot chocolate. The next day our chickens crossed the road (like in that joke) and ran into a ditch. I had to go down to get them.
